JACK TRAVERS from JTE sent me a pre-bent Hammer spring for my Saiga 7.62x39. I installed it and took the rifle to the range. It made the Tapco G2(Tromix) trigger as smooth as my AR 15s with a Wilson Combat Trigger and smoother than my Rock River Arms 2 stage match trigger. Not a single light strike and the cycle rate seemed faster. I love my Saiga all over again!!! you can reach Jack at JT Engineering jack@jtengineering.org 337 353-3534

Hey guys, I just bought a partially converted Saiga 7.62x39 with a 20" barrel last week. It looked really nice, it was very lightly used and has the conversion done to the point where it accepts AK magazines. All this for $475.00; I had to snatch it up. That brings me to where I am now, I pick the rifle up tomorrow along with a m1 garande I bought the same day. Now I have had several saigas come and go from my collection and this time I'm not letting go. I want to convert this one all the way, not sure if I'll do a pistol grip or skeleton stock since its such a long gun the skeleto

Help! I finally got a chance to get my 7.62 conversion out to the range and found that when I pull the trigger the first round will fire but not a second. to remedy this I need to move the trigger forward and then the next round will fire. I'm sure I mst have missed something but everything seemed to dry fire OK. Hoping somebody can help me get this. The trigger is a Tapco G2 that was modified by Tromex. For the record, I'm sure the issue is my install and not Tapco or Tromex so please hold off on the hate mail LOL. Thanks for your help and ideas everyone.
