It sure would. I think this requires some serious modifications to the rifle/ adapter and or the magazine also. BRG3 was working on a .223 Saiga bullpup that used an AR15 mag adapter, but hes got his hands full with all his projects. It's tempting to want to try it. If you look at a galil reciever up next to a saiga reciever, you will see that the angles are different, and it deffintely won't just drop in. I couldn't locate the post where BRG3 mentions his bullpup, Im pretty sure It hasn't been done yet.
