i dont know the name of the mount its in russian, but its a side mount with a weaver rail on top. the scope is a tasco 3-9X40. the scope shoots strait on my remminton 22, so this weekend im gonna swap the mount with my brothers mount because his shoots strait. so well see what happens.

The Saiga/AK rail is not very precise. It's designed to be used with Soviet military scopes that have a wide range of adjustment. When using a standard sporting scope like the Tasco you need to adjust the screws on the Russian mount. Is it clamp on style with two sections held together with screws? Those screws are the wide adjustments for sporting scopes.

Here are the clamp adjustments but not the screws.
