Unique custom rifle, is it part Saiga?

At least a year back Kreb's Custom had this rifle on their page:

It struck me immediately as handsome in its uniqueness. I know the image is not very high res, but I was wondering if anyone could tell: Does this rifle use the same trigger linkage as the stock Saiga's do? I can see extra pins in the reciever, but is the configuration the same as a saiga? I'm toying with the idea of building a romaninan parts kit into a sporter, and I wonder if I would go with the Norinco hunter trype of trigger, or duplicate the Saiga's trigger transfer bar layout.

It looks to be part Saiga by design, but I don't think those are Saiga parts at all. Except that the trigger guard looks alot like one from a Saiga-100.

 

I have a similar idea for a kit build, but mine uses a stock trigger and a novel trunion design. It's on the drawing board.

What's neat about that rifle is that it's a milled receiver. That would be the only milled receiver Sporter config I've seen that uses the Saiga type linkage instead of the long and awkward norinco hunter trigger.
