hawaiianbasshead 3
I know this is an old thread but I swear a guy locally said the 20 round drums were legal here and I believe he has one. I was told it's different for all kinds of stuff. but from what I've read on the HPD website only mags that are limited are handgun/pistols to the 10 rounds cap. bpries 0
This is true. I live in Hawaii and I have both a 12 round and a 20 round drum for my Saiga 12. The only state laws that limit shotguns here is an 18" minimum barrel length. The 10 round limit is for magazines that can be readily inserted into a pistol. Possession of over 10 round pistol mags is a misdemeanor unless they are inserted into a pistol in which case the crime becomes a felony.
kevin.rose0@gmail.com 62
So Hawaii gun laws suck, but not as much as NJ laws?
bpries 0
Debatable... we have very strict rules when it comes to carry.
