Ronswin 26
A few months ago I purchased a new Saiga .223 rifle with the intent of doing the forward pistol grip conversion and using it in local 3-gun matches. Upon looking at the rifle with the front stock off, I thought the front sight was canted but when placed a straightedge along the receiver to the muzzle I found the barrel was actually canted to the right by almost 1/2 inch. Since I was going to use the rifle with a side scope mount, I knew I may not have enough windage adjustment in the scope to compensate for the barrel being off center. A call to Larry Woods at Russian American Armory and I had UPS return number (no shipping cost) and away back to RAA went the rifle. Less than ten days later a new in the box and perfect Saiga .223 rifle was delivered with RAA can coolers (Saiga and Vepr logos) and RAA shooter's earplugs at no cost to me! I know it must a frustrating relationship being an importer dealing with the Russians, but we have some excellent people to deal with on this side of the ocean when it comes to our Saiga rifle and shotguns. Big thanks to Russian American Armory!!

squeak_D 0
I agree, they're very good on customer service. I've had several questions answered, and they were very polite and informative. Good thing you haven't made any modifications to your weapon yet That would have voided your warranty.., from my understand the warranty is applicable only if the weapon is in "original" state and not altered. I'll second that, excellent folks over there!
