Clearly from where I am I can't actually do it for you but unless I'm missing something, why don't you do it yourself? My LRBHO came with plastic tabs which didn't seem man enough so I replaced them with stainless steel. All you need is a tiny thin piece of metal (Mine was only about 2" square) and I cut it into tab sizes with a junior hacksaw them filed smooth, bit of epoxy glue and they were done.
