I would catagorize this as one of the best Internet transactions I've ever had. He called me and discussed my intentions for the furniture and actually saved my some $$ on shipping by picking up a couple of the parts locally. He added some personal touches by mixing colors with the OD green to eliminate the "yellowish" look that some have. Stayed in communication and turned the whole job around really fast..
