sithis_svp 0
So I was out shooting my guns and I met a guy who was shooting a 380. Nothing special but he told me he was selling it for around $150 I don't really need or want it but $150 seemed really cheap. I looked at it and I think it's made by star? Idk I've never heard of it so I was wondering if they're good handguns and if at $150 I would be getting a deal? I figured if it's a good deal I can get it for the miss so she can use as a carry weapon considering its compact. Let me know what you guys think.
Vorpal 0
I never had a Star .380, but I've shot and carried a Star PD,(compact .45), for many years with no issues or problems whatsoever. Quite a few people badmouthed the Star products a junk because they were inexpensive. Mine shot well, was accurate and went BANG every time I pulled the trigger. vorpal
joelrod47 373
I have 4 Star pistols......... Three of them are Firestar models in stainless......9mm, 40S&W, and .45 The fourth is a .380, and it looks just like a mini 1911......... Had 'em for years, and like Vorpal says: they shoot well, they're accurate, and go bang every time. They'll also run anything you give 'em............ You likely won't hurt yourself at $150..............
