Unless you have a bullet guide installed, you'll need to do much more to make them work - but I really like them & price is right too! takezo 0
Forget the plastic mags. Get some surplus steel mags--500 million commies can't be wrong. FRT
bigj480 203
Forget the plastic mags.Get some surplus steel mags--500 million commies can't be wrong. FRT Using those requires mods to the gun that he may not want to do, but it's the route I would take. Mil-spec mags > commercial mags. HERE is a video that shows why polymer locking lugs and non-reinforced poly mags aren't that great. They test the TAPCO mags at about 5:13, the mil-spec mag is at the beginning. Here is a list of fairly cheap metal mags you could use after mods. The first on the list has the BHO feature, the second one I'm not sure about and the last has the BHO follower but indents keep it from actually functioning as a BHO mag. Yugo BHO mag, good condition, $17 https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.p...d3vkti9p5kgffn7 Yugo, not sure if it has the BHO feature, unissued/excellent, $15 http://www.the-armory.com/shopsite_sc/stor...roduct1387.html Yugo, like new, BHO follower, 15 SHIPPED http://www.ammoman.com/MAGAZINES.htm Oh yeah, 500 million commies can be wrong. I mean, they're commies.
takezo 0
The Milspec are the only plastic mags to even consider--however they are more expensive than metal mags. Making metal surplus mag fit a Saiga is not that big'a deal. Also they are much cheaper and will last forever. FRT
