I just got 9 new E.G. 74 mags and wanted to know if they had been modified for use in a .223 rifle? Any help would be great!! This is one of my new mags, you will see the "lug" on the back seems to have been filled down and the "hump" above it is not there. This is one of my older mags, and it works were these new ones will not. Is "lug" is beefier and there is a hump, or ridge above it Quote Link to post Share on other sites
