Anyway, long story short, what finish is the most durable (don't care about shine, or texture) and what gunsmith offers the best price on it? I could do it myself but that would require more time that I have in a day to prep my apartment for such a thing...thanks for the help. If you really think I should do it myself please list materials needed and why (I am not the most industrious person, although I am pretty handy).
