18jms 0
I just picked up an S20 been wanting this gun for some time. Been having trouble finding out what I need for the pistol grip conversion. If someone could list the parts need and where I can order them that would be fantastic. Thank you very much! Once I get the parts I can have the conversion done in about a day.
nalioth 405
They're VERY VERY hard to find. Why, they're sold at any place that sells AK parts. You'll need a a) pistol grip butt stock c) trigger d) hammer e) disconnector (parts c through e are usually found in one package called a "fire control group") Matter of fact, I believe over a dozen vendors on this forum alone sell that stuff. In fact, a look at the stickies here would have told you the same thing I just did, plus a whole lot more that might be of interest. imarangemaster 315
I recommended the Tapco G2 single hook triger group (hammer, disconnector, and trigger) $29 from DPH. Awesome triger pull. For the butt stock, the fixed K-VAR Warsw length (or longer Nato, if you prefer) is tough as nails, mil-spec (@$45) and pistol grip, either AK standard or SAW style $12-$19 with grip screw and block+$9. I did my 223 and am doing my 7.62 for $100. Then comes the expensive stuff if you add FSBs with muzzle brake, handguard retainers, etc. I personally like the Tapco Galil, as it works without a handguard retainer ($60).
