Few Questions

I currently own an un-converted 16in Saiga 308. I would like to purchase and use the 10-round mags listed in your store, but will need to purchase a fourth US-made item to be 922r compliant. Here are my questions on the matter:

 

1. Do you ship the 10 round magazines to New York since they are within the 10-round magazine limit? (correct me if I am wrong, but I believe it is 10)

 

2. To use the 10 round mags, could I add on the following part to serve as the 4th US-made 922r item? Or does this part not count?

3. If that forearm can be used as a 4th 922r part, will the "Ergonomic Vertical Grip (Fits all Picatinny Rails)" be compatible directly onto that forearm grip? Are there any other parts required to attach to the forearm?

4. If I order these parts, thus bringing the total to 10 foreign parts, can I still use my 8-round factory magazine with the rifle as it will have a converted forearm grip?
