MrM4 3 Posted August 19, 2009 Report Share Posted August 19, 2009 I know this is kind of backwards, long story short I ended up with a 7.62x39 saiga 10rd mag that I have no use for, rather then sell it off I was wondering if it was possible to just modify the saiga mag to fit a SAR-1? MrM4 3 Posted August 19, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 19, 2009 (edited) Its kind of a do it "because I can" sort of thing, Ive got $10 in it and so its not a big loss if I dick it up. I just wondered if someone else had done it. I decided to give it a try and after 5 mins with a dremel tool and it fit perfectly, took it out side and ran 20 rounds threw it, worked %100.
