whatthedil 7
I bought this stuff a few years ago at a gunshow around 05/06ish and at the time I think it was advertised as Portuguese. I just recently busted open one of the battle packs and was just trying to find more info on it before I shoot it. I can't seem to find a definitive source on the ammo, every thing I can find online points to Iran, but no one seems too sure. If anyone has shot any of this, could you let me know the characteristics of it? Reliability, Accuracy, corrosiveness, etc... I am no photographer and the light stamping didn't make it any easier. The headstamp has a REALLY light 7 . 6 2 x 3 9 around the top, with a 95 at the bottom. Green seal around the primer, with 3 crimps... It is packaged in a green "battle pack" with the text "200 cartridges 7.62x39" in a golden color. The ammo is packed in white/gray cardboard boxes, 20 to a box. Thanks for any info you can provide me.

LOL What has me even more frustrated... is how did you find that? I searched high and low and never brushed against that site?
