Here's what the tracking info says: Your item arrived in the United States in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 4:48 PM on February 17, 2010. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. Inbound International Arrival, February 17, 2010, 4:48 pm, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) Foreign International Dispatch, February 17, 2010, 4:36 am, HELSINKI, FINLAND Foreign Arrival at Outward Office, February 17, 2010, 1:52 am, HELSINKI, FINLAND Origin Post is Preparing Shipment So the question is....what the hell does that mean? Is the package sitting in NY Customs? Apparently it is in the states, just not out of customs? How long has it taken others to receive mags from outside the country? If the package never arrives (this was sent registered mail from Finland) what are my possible courses of action? Thanks in advance.
