Camo S-12 mags

So I was bored and had some tan and OD green Krylon spray paint laying around and decided to try my hand at camouflaging a couple of my mags. Came out all right for a weekend project to kill time. If any one has suggestions on ways to paint weapons and parts I'd love to hear it.

While I was at it I painted my heat shield and gas tube too. I think I'm going to slowly "Hajj-flage" my S-12 for that supper low budget, third world, militant commando look

I think it looks good but it doesn't have much contrast, it's kind of an overall OD green effect. Not bad if you're crawling around in the grass, but it could probably use 1 or 2 more defined colors if you really want it to camoflauge.

 

Nothing wrong with it as is though, just about any earthy color will do you better for concealment than black obviously.
