I'm assuming the S762, S223, and the S545 are the same. If you're looking to make your own, here's a Tutorial for the S762. I found measurements for the 545, but they're for a flat trunnion. Here's the forum link and pictures. BTW, the search engine on this forum sucks. (Sorry, but it's true.) I do my searches on Google and always come up with better answers because you can make Google search this forum too. Google is just smarter. I don't know why.
