I don't dislike Obama for any reason other than his politics, and he's not the first president to trample on the constitution, but he is continuing the trend. I blame it on the two party system. IMO no more than 4 terms as rep (8 years) or 2 terms as Senator (12 years) should be the limit. It's ridiculous that there's guys in the house 60, 70, 80+ years old, been there 20, 30 years and STILL running for re-election every time. EDIT: Example, one of my state's Senators has been in the Senate for 28 years, he's 86 years old, sickly from surviving cancer. Come on, there's got to be someone else, anyone, better for the job!
