TonyRumore 1,332
Don't knock the trigger and hammer pins out yet. That will just make the shit worse when the hammer wraps itself all up under the bolt carrier. Make sure the BHO lever is not stuck up in the receiver first. wally 2
The bho lever moves up and down just fine
corbin 621
Is this a stock S-12? If not, did you reprofile the hammer face? Also, this is a long shot, but........ I had this happen to me when trying out different pucks early on. After having shot a bunch of cheap Winchester bulk stuff (first mistake), there was a crapload of plastic pieces inside the gas block. Some crud/plastic had somehow gotten past the puck (I think it was a twister puck back then) and had jammed the piston from coming forward. It's doubtful that's your problem, as I suspect that was a one in a million thing, since I was never able to replicate it again. However, you could still check to see there's nothing preventing the piston from coming forward (a dent in the gas tube, etc). TonyRumore 1,332
Before knocking the pins out of the FCG and wadding the whole fucking mess up under the bolt carrier, I would drive the pin out of the recoil spring guide rod and remove the main spring assembly. Then pull out the bolt/carrier group. Tony
