Lanner 0
So I am ordering a custom Saiga .308 from Rifle Dynamics but their turn around time is about 6-8 months. During the meantime I was going to purchase an extra Saiga .308 so that I could A. Get used to the rifle on a regular basis B. I feel uncomfortable not having a rifle around just in case since I would be sailing my only remaining AR. C. I would have replacement parts in the future if need be. My main question is, I can still purchase SureFire 20 round Magazines and be in Compliance as long as I don't actually ever put the Surefire Mags in the rifle. In other words, owning the Mags does not put me out of compliance its actually putting them in the gun correct? Then when I do receive my new rifle, I could send that off to be converted to be compliant and not have any "lapse in coverage" so to speak. Am I correct or would simply owning the Mags put me out of compliance? Thank you for any help, 922 is pretty confusing for someone new to this whole thing. Lanner 0
cool. If that's true I can go learn the rifle, be compliant and not be out a MBR if the SHTF.
