STK Tactical Russian polymer lower HG with rails and heatshield. It is heavy duty and fits tight. It is $99 new from Kalinka Optics (when they have them in stock).

 

I installed the lower handguard for fitment but removed it as it needs to be modified to be used with an Ultimak.
