Primary arms customer service

I ordered a bp02 low mount with the siderail on Monday 10/17 from primary arms. I got a shipped confirmation the same day but still did not have a tracking number on weds 10/19 so I decided to call. I got a person instantly (Brett) who I gave the order number and he put me on hold for a few minutes. When he came back he said he found the Package and because of them being helter skelter with a new website launch the package didn't leave the building. He asked if I needed it by the weekend. I said that would be best if possible. So he bumped the shipping up to priority and sent it out immediately. I got the package on 10/22 and they threw in a primary arms and an etotech hat. I just wanted to Post here to share. Overall I'm satisfied with how the fixed it. But I wonder what would have happened if I never called?? Haha
