Front Sight Block

Recommended Posts

So I got myself a Saiga .223 and now I would like to get a Flashhider.

I havent got the normal Saiga, I live in Germany and we only get these here:

As you see I cant attach a flashhider or even cut a threading for one.

Would I be able to replace the Frontsight block with a new one that already has a flashhider thread ?

I was thinking of something like this:

Would this fit my Saiga?

Thanks in advance

It's all legal, I just wasnt sure if it would fit or if there are other ways of doing it. So the K-var parts should fit ?

I just have to make sure because of the importing.

It should work, make sure to measure the diameter of the barrel to be sure. Mine was in the neighborhood of .575" and was a little loose. That wasn't really a problen since I had to drill new pin holes anyway. I squared the sight and then drilled and reamed .124" holes. Secured it with 1/8" dowel pins-rock solid.
