pyzik 597
Can you post pics? I would like to see it. I have some on the way and was kinda wondering how they attach. (I realize mine may be different) Are there set screws tightened down on the barrel?
Dad2142Dad 6,559
This is the one I have coming, just watch the instruction pics http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/servlet/-strse-223/UTG-Saiga-quad-rail/Detail
pyzik 597
This is the one I have coming, just watch the instruction pics http://store.carolin...uad-rail/Detail Thanks, wish I would have known about that back when I did the conversion. I like, however I don't even have my stock gas tube or stock swivel anymore.
Dad2142Dad 6,559
Well you could post the need in the WTB section or search the WTS section. I am sure people have them. Or you may just get lucky and someone will see this and send it to you.
Gunsotsu 2
This is the one I have coming, just watch the instruction pics http://store.carolin...uad-rail/Detail I have one and much to my disappointment, the TRS-25 I have will not co-witness. Had I bothered to search before hand, I would've known this. Edited March 13, 2012 by Gunsotsu
Nor7 5
UTG Quad rail is the way to go man. A note of caution. This Quad Rail does not bolt on to the frame. It is installed using four cap screws that squeeze itself around the barrel and gas tube. DO NOT TIGHTEN TOO MUCH. I learned this the hard way. I tightened the quad rail on there without stripping the screws, took it out to the range and the rifle would not cycle. It ended up putting the gas tube in a bind and causing excess friction on the gas piston.
pyzik 597
That looks good man! Only thing is I want an Ultimak rail on top for co-witness.

I don't know if you can see it from the picture but my quad rail has a Picatanny rail on top. Also, to anyone thinking of replacing the dust cover with one that has a rail built on.... DON'T. The dust cover has loose tolerances and you will have little chance of maintaining zero on your scope when you take this on and off for cleaning.

I really like their lower handguard system too, but not for the price.
