It has Glock night sights that are very bright, decal grips, and a 3.5 pound trigger. The trigger was installed by an armorer and not me....trust me that's a good thing. I'm estimating it has had maybe 300-400rds through it with no problems. It comes with the case, 3 mags (1 with a finger extension), and loader. $450+shipping to your FFL.
