J A 0 Posted March 15, 2004 Report Share Posted March 15, 2004 I bought a Saiga 12 used last month that the seller said had 12rds through it. It is the 19" barrel,adjustable sights,with screw on chokes "defense" model. Put the gas setting on #1 and shot a 25rd box of Dynamit Nobel 3-1/4dr eq 1oz shot,25rd box of Dynamit Nobel 3-3/4dr eq 1-1/4oz of shot,2-10rd boxes of Barnual OObuck steel case,and a 5rd box of Federal 3" slugs. All 75rds functioned 100% even with a couple of mags loaded with a mixture of the above shells. The 1oz loads were a joy to shoot and the 3" slugs would stomp your ass. I used the cylinder choke that came with the gun and it would put the 00 buck all in the black of the man shiloette of the paper target at 20 yards. The Saiga 12 works just as well as my Saiga 410 but puts a lot more lead on the target. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
