Once you tell them you want to order something and send in payment, FFL, and one of their order forms filled out, you won't be able to track your order very easily. You can't just call or email them and ask if its shipped, etc. I haven't had any trouble with them. They don't make anything but instead sell other's products. I just got a Yugo Krink M92 (underfolder) from them that Red Jacket Firearms made and I was pleased with it. The parts were very tight fitting and all duracoated.
