Syndicate 812
I want to get another, no idea what possessed me to sell my .657, but the guy gave me a lot of money for it, still stings that I sold that gun. I've been looking for a DE to get and convert to us .41mag also Just wanted to see if others were into it. I might just sell off my ammo, got a lot of good defense, hunting, and wadcutter rounds for it
dashowdy 141
It is definitely an uncommon caliber for sure, but flat trajectory, lower recoil than its 44 cousin, and is very much suited for anything you would want to take with a handgun, yea I would pick one up if I had the rounds already. Also like the 10mm which I love so dearly, it is got a wide array of bullet weights which is nice, everything prom personal protection to thumpin bear skulls Edited May 16, 2013 by dashowdy

Or I've used the Winchester silver tip. All I know is the glee on my face when I shot a 1 gal jug with water in it and it exploded. Love at first shot? lol
dashowdy 141
What size bullets is the 41 using. they offer the 10mm in a 175 gr. silver tip but I dont think there the same diameter. BTW please turn around find the nearest wall and bang your head against it for selling that purdy model 57, if it was the stainless model jump of a cliff, JK:)
Syndicate 812
it was a 657 in a barrel just shy of 8 inches and it was stainless yes I know http://www.sportsmanswarehouse.com/sportsmans/Federal-Premium-Vital-Shok-41-Rem-250gr-Cast/productDetail/41-Remington-Magnum/prod9999006219/cat117125 https://www.buffalobore.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=90 http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/product/3-0306574 I would have georgia arms load them for me, had to call ahead and picked them up at gunshows. It was a 250 grain hardcast at near 1400fps, and they were devastating on hogs and deer
