Hobowithashotgun 0 Posted April 22, 2014 Report Share Posted April 22, 2014 So I installed my firebird oval mag release, which is very nice btw. only thing is...it seems the screw is too long. When I screw it in to the release to the point that the mag releases with no "over travel" of the release button, the bolt sticks out about 1/4" from the back plate. if I unscrew it to where the bolt is flush with the back plate. The release sticks way out. i can cut the bolt, no biggie. Just want to make sure I'm not missing something here... Quote Link to post Share on other sites
