I know that I was able to get a Vepr 5.56 magazine to fit and feed in a Beryl, so compatibility might go both ways. You might have some wobble though as I remember removing a fair amount of material from the Vepr mag to get it to lock in. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Before selling them off with the import ban I had a couple of VEPR in 5.56 and ran beryl mags in them. They work perfectly with a bullet guide and filing the magazine catch.
