I was writing to ask about the legality of installing saiga 7.62x39

magazines that are of 30 round capacity in a standard saiga of the

7.62x39 caliber. When I ask about the legalities of this i do mean with

a non-modified saiga 7.62x39 that has not received (27 C.F.R. SECTION

478.38, formerly SECTION 178.38 Also known as "SECTION 922r ) four

compliance parts to become a firearm considered U.S. made because it

would contain 10 foreign parts or less.

I figure because of the fact that your company (EAA) was distributing

the 30 round rifle magazines that it must be ok to use the 30 round

magazines on a standard non-modified saiga 7.62x39 rifle.

But, I thought it would probably be a good idea to check with you to

make sure that I could use the 30 round magazines legally on a standard

7.62X39 saiga rifle that I own.

Thank

You in advance for your responce
