It is manufactured in USA. I am posting this to include a photo of this forend installed on my self-converted S12. The Saiga12.com e-store only had photos of the loose part, not one of it installed, so it took a bit of imagination before I bought. It really like the look and feel of the stock, and it works well with my TLR-2, as shown. It is very well moulded, and the material is of high quality.
