75yd .223 irons

Can't really decide to be satisfied or annoyed by this, but no matter if I'm shooting an AR or the S223, this is about as best as I can seem to do on the irons at 75yd. Black circle is a little under 4". Ammo WPA 55gr. Shooting prone.

I thought both rifles were perfectly zeroed, but either that's not the case or I'm doing something wrong.

Try a slow steady trigger pull. The AR's back sight could be adjusted to the left, and the S-223 front sight could go to the right and down, assuming the rear sight is in the "1" position.

Work on the trigger pull by dry firing, or with a snap-cap, first. Let it surprise you when the hammer drops.

The rifles were actually pretty much dead on shooting resting on shoulders.. It wasn't until I shot them prone that they were way off center, but the groups got tighter. So I'm probably doing something with my finger.
