Marlin Model 60, vintage 95

My Marlin 60 sporting her new wardrobe, Tech-SIGHTS, USGI Sling and front/rear sling swivels.Mounting the front swivel was fun, the wood is only .5" thick and the magazine tube sits flush.Had to inlet the stock about 2/16", for a t-nut to sit flush and trim the swivel stud screw to not protrude above the t-nut. After attending a few CMP matches and Appleseeds, I found that shooting target with the USGI sling is much better than over bipod/bags on the bench. It really makes the rifle a part of you.
