New hard chromed Yugo M57 Tokarev from Classic Arms

Hows the chrome look on it?

In person it looks pretty much like a stainless 1911. It's not anything like a bright chrome nickel finish. The camera flash makes it look a little shinier than it really is. It looks like it came from the factory like this. I love it.

how much did it cost to get it hard chromed?

I ordered it hard chromed from Classic Arms. They have them right now for $279.95. For the hard chromed M57 and a $10.00 UTG "tactical" holster, it was $307.00 shipped plus $10.00 transfer fee at my dealer. Not a bad deal considering the "very good / excellent" condition blued M57's were selling for $199.00. It's worth the extra $80.00.
