atakacorp 147 Posted December 2, 2011 Report Yeah, slick ,you just made her day . after 27 years of marriage , 4 kids she looks great and can handle an AK, I ‘ll say she is a keeper About the “gamey” taste it depends how you harvest hogs, I am trying to drop them with the head shot , not let them run wounded and before cooking ,leave the meat in ice could water with little of lemon juice and vinegar for 48 hours .IMO wild hog sausage is the best sausage ,BQ or smocked tastes great ,make sure you put the right amount of pork fat with the ground meat and u GTG ‘I’ll post some pics of my cooking skills Quote Link to comment
