Sadly, after doing the other steps, there are screw heads on the bottom and clearance for them cut out of the lugs.

 

I plan to add a picture of the finished installation after I cleanout the factory threads, which seem to be only tapped part way or with a dull tap. I also want to repaint the rail before the final picture.

It does really look good like that without fasteners.

 

I chased my block's hole. The tap that cut my threads got tossed as soon as they finished mine!
