Don't have a mill? you can get uniform bevels around complex shapes with a die grinder rotary file, a wooden wedge, screw, and a drill press. (or you can tilt the drill press table.) High RPMs are good here. Steady hands and pull smoothly against the bite to prevent chatter and gouges.
