Well I guess I really mean to say something of this girth and I like skeleton...
-
Well, this is the stock I LOVED, but not I have restored the Saiga and that stock is a no go. I attached a limb saver and then put a slip on over that to give the length I like. Can someone steer me to a thumbhole stock like this?
-
Well I had the NATO AK stock, but that just seemed too small/light looking for the heavy front end
-
Hey guys what parts am I missing? Where to get? Thanks!
-
Thanks for the photo and info, I was thinking the NATO would work but I think it too small. Is the AR15 stock longer I may give that a try?
-
Anybody have photos of this set-up? I ordered the AK NATO length and it seemed toy-like next to the meaty Saiga. The NATO length is LONGER than normal AK correct?
-
Anybody have any leftovers from a conversion? I want to extend mine when I go against the clay skeets.
-
OK I mean height compared to the Krebs front sight. One of you smart guys has got to know the answer.
-
Let me ask this question for the front sight, are either of the Dinzag sights the same height?
-
Will the mags out there take the '000' buck? I hear the clear mags are no good for buckshot, is this correct? Is '000' just a bad idea?
-
Does Krebs sell the Rear sight by itself? I like dinzag front sight better I think the tall one is need, you guys know about this or someone else that sells a ghost ring
-
I tried it all 3 ways and I like the longer version of the fixed and slip over (that is the 2nd pic)
-
I ground down a limbsaver for a remington to fit the contour of the back of the skeleton stock which added a touch over an inch. I found it a bit short yet so I got a large limbsaver slipover, that adds about 1/2 inch and the slip on part covers the part line with the butt and limbsaver. Anyway I think it is answer for the skeleton stock that is too short for most people. I am going to the full conversion now so I dont need it any more so I will sell the set up with or without the slip over. Skeleton is a good buy at 60 and the limb saver runs 28 I will sell it for 88 with free shipping; if y

I know ghost ring sights are the way to go and that Krebs has a great set, but the Dinzag front sight looks far better to me. I dont see where Krebs sell the rear ghost ring without the front and will this work correctly with the Dinzag? Anywhere else to get a ghost ring, doesnt look too high tech? And another thing this site rocks

Ok, The conversion is now a must! But please guide me a bit about how these Tromix parts come into play. Tromix Do-It-Yourself Saiga 12 Trigger Guard -(best thing since sliced bread I have heard no sure why) Tromix Receiver Back Plate- again great stuff I am sure, why do I need it and how do I attach it?
