  1. alright....cool, I got it. I wasn't pushing down and then forward. Thanks
  2. Alright guys........I know you're gonna laugh at me for this one but, I can't get this thing back together. So I'm watching the field stripping video for the ak 47 and I'm goin along with it.......take off the cover, take out the spring, pull the bolt all the way back until the piston comes all the way out........no problem. But now I'm trying to get the bolt / piston back in there and its not goin. Is there supposed to be some resistance pushing it back in or should it go in easily? This is my first time tryin to take it apart and I just don't want to mess anything up. Thanks Brent
  3. this gun is badass........I'm just not familiar with it........I'd never messed with an AK or anything. But trust me....I'm eager to learn as much as I can about this thing.
  4. thanks for the lecture asshole........I just bought this gun 6 hrs ago.......I didn't see in manual where it said what it was for.......I could of possibly over looked it. But obviously I am trying to learn about the gun before I shoot it. Again....thanks for all of the unecessary time you took typing that paragraph. Thanks to the guys that actually just answered my simple question.
  5. there is a part on the back of the reciever that can be pushed in called a plunger. It moves a guard on the chamber. What is the purpose of this? thanks, brent
