I find the bayonet lug on the shorty even funnier. Edit: WOW missed the shorty bayonet, holy heck that's awesome and comical at the same time.

Lol not a problem. Some time in the near future I will buy 2 side mount kobras (the ones that use AA's) one for my wasr and one for the saiga. I used to have one but traded it for a cz-82 awhile back, which I don't regret... but I still miss it alot and want another one. I'm also going to get a nato length buttstock for the saiga as the current one looks cheap and is way too short for me. Oh and btw never played with gi joes, I was more of a cap and water gun fan.

I got it from a local gunshop called premier arms In Brownsburg Indiana. I frequent there quite a bit, when I saw the price tag on this saiga I had to buy it.

Just bought a converted .223 saiga for 380$ today (that's including tax). Guess I got lucky.
