  1. I reload winchester aa 2 3/4 with 00 buck and it cycles perfect with mag and md20
  2. I have broken two origional apg mags before the gen 2 came out by using 3" mag buckshot and slugs. I have not used these yet in the new gen 2's out of fear of the same thing happening. The recoil on the action is so fast hard hitting and viloent that the 10 rounders just snap and break. I would like to here reviews on the gen 2's if anyone has any experience. At 50$ a piece, I refuse to do it again for now.
  3. I am trying to find somewhere that sells bulk(over 50lbs) of lead oo buckshot for reloading. I had one place that sells remmington 25lb bags but they want 33$ just to ship two bags. Does anyone know an online store who is not into rape on their prices? Thanks
  4. The buffer I used I will not use again it tends to jam up the action in my saiga quicker. I found a cool nine shot recipie that will blow a kickass pattern at 20 yards without buffer.
  5. Not to be negative but my first two origional agp 10 rd mags broke on the first shot using 3 in buckshot mags on gas setting#2.I now have two new gen 2 mags but I will not be running anything but 2-3/4 thru them.Has anyone else experienced this yet or is it just my bad luck??
  6. Well I cranked out 100 rounds this morning without buffer and I will try them without buffer I also went from 8- 00-buck to 9- oo-buck pellets. My main concern was the reliability of the buffer jammin the action on the saiga. When you really need it,it must run 100%
  7. Saiga 12 with md20 arms drum.Rcbs "the grand" reloader.Reloading 2 3/4 win shells with buckshot. The recipe calls out for 18 grains of buffer that holds the shot patterns tighter. The problem is at the center of the reloaded shell, some buffer leaks out and 60 rounds thru the saiga 12,it won't cycle as well as when clean. The question is, when reloading buckshot,is this buffer really necessary? It sure plugs the shit out of the weapon fast!I plan to reload some with and without the buffer and actually see on paper how much the pattern actually changes. If anyone has any experience with this, that wo
