  1. Yeah sorry about that. I have not been on here in over 9 months and only briefly looked down the list to see if the topic had been covered. Thank you for the help.
  2. I have a Saiga .223 that came with 30rd Magazines made by ProMag. I have fired it a few times and the rifle fires great until it gets down to the last three rounds in the mag and then fails to feed properly. It appeared that the spring was incapable of pushing the round high enough for it to make it up the ramp. I removed the spring and stretched it out, but it did not help. My question is, is this a common problem with these aftermarket mags made by Promag? Are there different mags I can buy that wont have this problem?
  3. Whats the disconnecter hook and how do I put it back on if need be?
  4. I was in the middle of putting a new forearm on my Saiga .223 and a small spring popped out of the gun and I dont know where it came from. Its a very small tight coiled spring, maybe an inch in length. I have no idea where it came from and I worried it is too important to overlook. Does anyone have any idea where it came from? Is there anywhere I can get an illustrated break down of the gun? I attached a pic, see below

In fact, its common conversation in most law enforcement circles. Many are outdoorsmen and gun owners. Here in Michigan, a large percentage of the CCW instructors are police officers or retired. Many of the authors in gun magazines are police officers. I recently bought a Gun & Ammo guide to personal defense special edition magazine and noticed that three out of four authors were law enforcement. I
  6. Sounds like you dont know much about cops. You prolly assumed that police officers are always out to take your guns away, buts its not true. They do try to get them away from felons and people who use them in bad ways, but not the law biding types. If you have been on any police forums recently, you would see how the majority of the law enforcement community is very concerned about the up coming assault on our 2nd amendment rights. Most police officers and least ones employed by the state and local governments are very pro 2nd amendment. Infact, most voted republican this last election and eve
