Tom cole's heavy duty is a piston not a recoil rod is it not?.

I was at the range and my recoil rod broke in two. It is the rod that extends from the dust cover button to the bolt and carries the recoil spring. The Russian American Armory says that they don't have access to parts anymore and I can't find the part anywhere. Please help! Thank you!

If you would post your delivery status on your website or on this website with a message like "nothing has shipped yet" then you would not have to waste your time defending yourself from jerks like me. It's a one man operation. Can't you guys get that through your heads? Would you rather have him burn time telling you when you will get your stuff or spend max time actually trying to get your stuff out ASAP? Is that so hard to understand? Hey Tritium, what makes me mad is Mike is so busy that he can't get his existing orders out yet he is posting how he is listing more on his website. Now I know tritium is bright. So how do you make sense of that smart guy?

I agree that Mike's customer service is poor at best. It seems like everyone on this site is so in love with mike that they can't see the fact that he is not communicating. Why doesn't he post on his site what he has shipped so far? Why not update the consumer? We are all making mike very rich and a little communication on his part is very little to ask.

Yes, Very soon. I have a lot of drums that where never listed on the site for preorder. Once I start shipping I'll be listing more on the site. Shipping is going to start in the next couple days. Mike you said in your last email that you would post where you were in shipping the 2nd run drums. I have not heard anything regarding your status. Where are you posting the number you are up to?
