Just "finished" mine after about two years of it laying around in various states of disassembly. Changing the stock was easy enough, but the trigger mods had me worried, but once I started on them it was quick, the worst part was trying to get the BHO back in with everything else. Next to tackle the forearm, I just removed all of the parts from a AK gas tube and cut down a AK sight block to fit over the Saiga tube.
