  1. Dude,

I love doing business with those guys. We aren't just customers to Keith and Cliff - we're all partners in a collective centered around technical innovation, firearm education and personal/professional growth. They have the skills, knowledge and connections that allow me to do whatever I want with any firearm that I want to buy, build or customize. Now with their brick and mortar storefront, it's icing on the cake. Awesome to deal with, an honor to associate with - Thanks for making me feel special when I come around.

See you guys at the top.

Hi-Cap Thank you for your Kind Words. I am flattered by your comments, and promotion effort. However in the future im sure you will get a better response with a meat and potatoes review. But again your very welcome and appreciate your business.

  2. I think my second post was a little off the mark. Don't get me wrong, i've been doing alot of research, and i still want to do more. What i should have said was i'm not really crazy with tac 47's website- for a company as great as it is. They definetly seem to be at the top of the game, as their customer base here is showing. Its just a little frustrating cruising around the site. I'm not trying to slander what seems like an awesome shop with some piddly crap ass whining.

On a side note, i think its incredible that within 24 hours of posting an issue, i have two of the best guys in business talking with me about it. I know i appreciate it.Just another reason i like to stick with small or local businesses whenever i can.

No for sure I know your not talking bad about the site, no worries. I actually know we need to update and redesign the site. website creation Its above my pay grade, but yes its kurfunkled and were getting it updated.

Any part you buy from us we install it for free, as well as guarantee the best price on the parts your purchase, if you find the part lower we will refund the difference. Everything is seamlessly welded up and refinished, sandblast, parkerized then Teflon coat.

Tonys Work is Top Notch as well as ours... But dont be fooled theres alot of Snake Oil out there.

  5. Also, if you cant figure it out sometimes the Gas Puck is the culprit. we have had guns that simply would not cycle low brass until we swapped the Gas puck, out with another factory Puck, its not common but it happens.

  6. I decided to purchase a new Saiga 12 today IZ109 ($640 shipped) and had it mailed to Mach 1 Arsenal, having them do conversion kit. With the conversion, Les is going to be putting on:

    - Saiga 12 Quad Rail System

    - Tromix Shark Brake for Saiga 12

    - REACT™ Ergonomic Vertical Grip

    - Tapco 6-Pos Adjust Stock

    - Tapco Hogue Rubber Grip

    - Tromix Trigger Guard

    - Tapco Fire Control Group

    - Krebs Axis Pin Retainer Plate

    - Original 5 round Mag

    - SGM Tactical 12 round Mag

    - Foam-lined Hard Case

In addition, I need to pick a Duracoat color. All of my guns are black, but I wanted to do something a tad different with this; I was thinking the Nickel or Artic Ghost scheme:

    or something like this:

    Thoughts?

I also ordered a Slide Fire stock for some fun. I plan on also ordering an MD20 drum. This will be my first shotgun; I have been shooting rifles and handguns 20+ years.

    Mike

Bottom one is Nickle thats one of our Builds.

  7. Its looking good, They would be going in here on the wall. See the Sign Boxes on the Walls.

I can do more if you want of the saiga12 if you want. Just let me know how you want them shot and edited and if you have some pics you would like me to edit let me know. I'll be getting a Auto Plug the beginning of next month so if you would like me to wait to take pics of the saiga12 with your product let me know.

    thanks

  8. Barrel Hood is where we find some feeding problems on a properly gassed gun, however 95% of the time an under gassed gun will give you signs of " Feeding Problems" Before you start removing matierial make sure your Gas is right.

    • Aside from hijacking the thread...

    • Tac-47 how about you chime in on the Auto-Plug and make me feel warm n' fuzzy on the inside until it arrives, which should be any day now. Secondly, I was a little put-off at how easily you dispatched the future business of D281. I DO come from a small mom & pop business and we would NEVER tell someone to go elsewhere, that Sir is how you go hungry.

    • D281 I hope you don't plan to get an NFA tax-stamp, the only feedback you'll get from those guys is "pending" and that goes on for 6 months!!!

Im not going to go hungry, I dont want business that feels disenfranchised. I provide a custom service on a level that is very hard to achieve. When I have to type and explain, im not building guns, im not shipping parts. I type slow. Bottom line if you purchase a part via online you will get it I bet my bottom dollar and usually shipped same day/next day if its in stock. If you have a problem get a hold of me, I will take care of it. But if you post " the worst experience ever" Makes me wish you went somewhere else so you could have an Experience you could really post about. The Guns Fit Finish and Function is Flawless and in about 1/3 to 1/2 the time of many other pro builders. I have not seen any firearms on the market besides Tonys that even come close to our products. If we have a mistake with what was due to the customer at any time I would have taken care of it.

  9. We have one of the best conversion times for one of the best conversions nation wide. The 8 to 10 weeks time frame was merely an an estimate. There are customers that are before you, and when their jobs are completed we are on to the next batch. We are at approximately 12 weeks now, however it is not a guarantee it is just a basic time frame for your convenience. A call, a PM, an email or stopping by the store would all do the same as your review. You say you have called and that I have talked with you once, but I am human and I did loose track. We do not normally ship locally and it is out side of our business practice to do so. However, we want to provide good customer service and get your product to you. Sometimes when you try to do favors it back fires. If i had told you "No, you have to pick up your products at the store like everyone else", we would not be in this conversation. Lesson learned. We are also not a small time operation which means that we do not simply build one firearm at a time or all at once. We build multiple guns together and in stages: Strip, cut, weld, test, finish and finally assembly. That being said, there is no way to know what parts the shotgun needs until we are at final stage. When your build time came to completion we were out of autoplugs. Not that it was not saved for you, its the same for everyone. Your products will ship today.
