I can still get to talk to a field agent at the ATF office, I just have to have the appt set up for me. You have to realize once I do that, there is a real possibility of never getting anything back.     Since there has been 3 people who got back their parts I will be putting my plans on hold, for now. Ill see if they can possibly "reschedule" me for a couple of weeks out. The good thing is, I have some pretty damn good information this time that will more than likely not end well for Paul. Thank you for that, you know who you are I have a feeling once I go thru with it, there will be no turning back and then everyone's parts for sure will be in limbo.     The tools being held by his landlord was just a thought someone had on here a while back. Is there some information I missed that this is in fact what has happened? Who found this out? I would love to talk to them before this Friday so I can get that information as well. As far as I can recall, that was a what if scenario, before that thread got locked. IF it is true, please point me to the person who could verify that, it would really help out. What I dont get is. Were the parts in storage as Paul said himself in an email to someone here, or did the landlord have them as posted on another

    One person in the last what 5 months or so got their parts back and you say have faith in the guy. This is the same ol story hes used before to get as far as he has already. I have sent various emails, all civil, for months now. Not one single reply was ever sent back to me. I have requested my parts back, finished or not, multiple times with no answer. Almost 19 months now....and the last time he sent me an actual email was in early Oct 2013 saying my parts were going to be on by the end of the week, That was what...10 months ago?     Im trying anything man. If the ATF says theres nothing they can do, so be it. Ill move on to the next thing. Gotta start somewhere right? Maybe whatever info I have wont mean anything at all, maybe it will. Ill never know unless I try. Now in the offhand chance the ATF can do something, well all the better. After all, he does have money and inventory from all over the US. I dunno how its going to work or if theres anything there, but I have an appointment to talk with them.     I am not buying it Sorry guys. He probably sent yfrevo450 stuff to him because he put pressure on, and he is local. We have all heard this before from Pauly. You would think he would at least email people who have been waiting over 18 months now first, Or email em period. I am not the only one whos been waiting this long. All I am saying is, Dont hold your breath. We have all heard this before. I have an appointment to talk with the local ATF field office agents on August 22nd about this situation. Since it is on a federal level, they want all the info I have to possibly look into this.

    I am also wondering if we could bring some sort of legal action through the Post Office. I am sure many like me sent him a certified USPS postal money order. This constitutes mail fraud if I am not mistaken. Could possibly bring charges on him individually for that alone. I am going to go talk to some folks and see if I can pursue this, and what if any cost there is involved with something like this. I still have the actual transaction postal receipt and the postal money order tear off. Ill let those know by PM how it goes, if interested.

    You only had a 9 month wait? I am on month 18 as of tomorrow. This 4-5 month wait time would be welcomed...even 9 months..I knew it was too good to be true. You got them last year and decided to post now about it, making people think Paul is back without even saying how long ago you got em back.     At this point I dont think Paul cares about lists or which position on the list anyone is. I am skeptical of this recent post by 2A, I WANT to believe Paul is doing the right thing, but deep down I know better, hes just buying more time to get the hell outta dodge. Me, like most everyone else, just want their shit back period. Finished or not, just send my shit home. It shouldn't take 4-5 months to send out one persons stuff.     Took the survey. I too am looking into talking with either a lawyer or doing as others suggested and report to local authorities here, then to fbi. I think the legal route would be best imho. I am going to see what happens with mmad's offer to Pauly before I go any further. The 60 days he was given I think is fair, if theres no response or anything which is the case so far then I will proceed. I HOPE Pauly does the right thing, or takes him up on the offer but I somehow think its wishful thinking

    I agree, I think its time for legal action. Instead of offering him a reward of sorts for returning parts (which we all know isnt going to happen anyway) we should pool up the resources and start some type of legal action. There could be a problem with that as well though possibly. Could the site itself catch some of the fallout for letting him operate and do business here? That is one thing I wouldnt want to see happen, but its just a question I have really. Cause if that does happen in some way, then for sure we will never see anything as this seems to be the only outlet or last known pl

    If he does not respond to this, I would really begin to think we are all at a loss. Seriously that is over the top mmad, and he would be a fool to pass this up. If he chooses to ignore such an offer theres only one explanation in my book. Mmad, my hat is off to you sir! No normal person would pass up something like this, and I hope he at least contacts you.     Its good to hear he is alive. Why wont he email anyone whos parts he has? If he can Email Cobra, he sure as hell can email anyone of us who have sent him multiple emails. He is either avoiding his customers, or ignoring them at this point imho. Hes been MIA for months now, no correspondence to any of his customers but can find time to mail Cobra?     The last known list is still posted in another thread. Theres also another poster who started a thread for those not on that list yet. From the old list I believe about 4 sets have been sent out since. I could be wrong on that number as some may not have posted about getting back their parts yet. The list posted was saved a few days before his whole section was shut down, its called Work shop status. Its about as good as we are going to get unless someone has something newer than that. Those of us near the top of that are over a year of waiting, not too sure on the rest yet but im guessing i

    How do we go about the legal route? Anyone care to enlighten me please? I personally think this should be our next step as a group. Problem is I dont know where to begin with this. If I were to go to our family Lawyer with this, would that tie up not only my parts but everyone elses as well? Last time we used him it costed but got the results we wanted so would it even be worth it in this matter?
