  1. LMFAO!!! It's no onder they're selling it... I would to after I did that to it. But hey, some people just aren't that mechanically inclined.. That reminds me of something my father in law would build, and then brag all over town about. What would you do if you saw a car going down the road with a coat hangar holding the muffler on, one tire smaller than the other three, and missing one of the doors. I also doubt either of these configurations would be street legal, considering the trigger hasn't moved and there's a pistol grip. He could've added a couple 30 rd mags and
  2. I thought it might. But I could convert to a 30rd mag and be legal for 60 bucks, then sell it later. Same for the muzzle break. Once wood is on that would have to go too, and be changed to a different style. There's a forum in michigan here for gun resales and it shouldn't be tough to get rid of that stuff on there. My ultimate goal with this thing is to be all wood, classic AK style. I have a couple emails in to people, and I'm sure I'll hear back. I just have to buy the furniture kit one check, trigger kit next, etc, etc. Mqybe I'll just keep waiting though, if that things sucks
  3. Mine's not military, so it dents the case as well. I guess it wouldn't hurt to add the die and holder to the set, like you've said, just in case. We all know the limitations of this round as far as trajectory, so I can't see a more premium bullet being worth it from a performance standpoint as one's SOP. Having a couple thousand rounds of Wolf on hand is good for me.
  4. Anyone bother with trying to reload this round? The cheapest bullets I've found are around 20 a round. With primers and powder factored in your already up to the 25 cents a round Wolf goes for. Notice the cost of Brass isn't included in that load, so it would be more to reload than to shoot Wolf. But, I'm sure Hornady or Speer bullets have better QC than what's in Wolf. Unless it got a grouping down to 1 or 1.5 MOA I don't see how it would be worth it considering it sounds like mosts people can get 2 or 2.5 MOA accuracy with Wolf. Opinions on this?
  5. Getting ready to convert my SAIGA 7.62 and am going to do this the easy way. These are links to the US made components I'm changing to get me to 10 foreign parts. http://www.mississippiautoarms.com/index.p...p;reviews_id=75 TAPCO Buttstock w/integrated grip http://www.mississippiautoarms.com/index.p...products_id=140 Surefire Mag I've found some metal mags cheaper that are US made, but I like the lighter plastic. Still looking for a cheaper price. So my question is, does anyone have any experience with this EXACT stock. Not other TAPCO stuff, this exact stock. How does t
